What is the return policy?

  • If a product is not to your liking you will be able to return the product ONLY for store credit. 

When will I receive my order?

  • Please allow up to 14 business days for processing and another 7 business days for shipping. 

What do I do if I receive a damaged order?

  • Email us at [email protected] with a description and pictures of the damaged order, if we determine the damages were our fault you will receive store credit in the amount of the order. 

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

  • Email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of your purchase to make any changes to your order.

How do I make sure I order the right size? 

  • The best way to make sure you are ordering the right size is by ordering a sizing kit. Another option is to go to the Sizing Chart tab and follow the instructions. 
  • Do you offer custom size orders?

    • Yes! When ordering, select custom in sizing and the shape you want, then checkout. Once in checkout list your 5 custom sizes, from thumb to pinky, in the "Notes" section.
